THE VIEWS
The gated ocean view property offers 180 degree+ unobstructed ocean views; including a view on the whale tale, Isla Ballena, Isla Del Cano as well as the Osa peninsula. The amazing sunsets, where you see the sunset directly into the ocean, are some of the most amazing you will see on the coast. But it doesn’t stop there! From the property, you will be able to admire pasture, the mysterious Rio Morete, and the coastal mountains of Uvita. THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE HOME
When you get to the home, you can park your car in a covered area that will protect your car from the heat or the rain. You then have the option to enter by the laundry room (when coming back from the beach for example) or directly into the home’s main entrance. The large laundry room allows your guests and family to keep the sandy clothes away from the main entrance. You can also store extra grocery items or drinks in the second fridge located in this laundry room. If you enter by the main entrance, you will have a breathtaking view immediately, all the way down the house. You will then walk into the great room consisting of a very functional kitchen equipped with an oversized kitchen island on the left and an indoor living room on the right. This area immediately leads to the large outdoor covered terrace which is an extension of your great room. This house will be very comfortable to live year-round, to entertain guests as well as to use as a high-income rental business.

All fixed furnitures are made of high quality hydrofuge material, eco responsible Teak and Quartz. The home also come fully equipped with premium Teak furniture and synthetic material which will last for decades.
